Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within 10 miles from Fruitland, IA 52749. For orders under $25, we charge $4 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 5:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. Monday-Friday and Saturdays from 12:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.  We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us using our Contact Us page or email at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  You can also call us at ‪(563) 554-2240‬.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Orders outside of the U.S.

Smell Good Candles will attach customs declarations to all packages.  The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs and import duties if applicable.
